A great temporary opportunity
In Business Area South (BAS)*, we are looking for a 1,5 year cover of our Customer Engagement Specialist position, based in Athens, Greece.
During this temporary assignment, you will be supporting from a technical perspective, the omnichannel transformation and customer engagement in BAS, in the following areas:   

  1. Digital communication with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in a personalized way
  2. CRM (Customer Relationship Management system)
  3. Data & insights 

 

In all key responsibility areas, you will be expected to:

  • Identify users’ needs, propose relevant technical solutions & ensure implementation of agreed solutions 
  • Act as point of contact for BAS with Lundbeck Headquarters (HQs) & relevant external providers

You will be reporting to BAS Managing Director and you will have strong collaboration with relevant internal & external stakeholders.

 

(*) BAS includes Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Israel, Slovenia, Croatia, Turkey and has its head offices in Athens.

 

Your key responsibility areas & indicative tasks

1. Support digital communication with HCPs in a personalized way in BAS

  • Set up & implement digital campaigns
  • Cooperate with Agencies working on company’s digital projects to ensure that deliverables are in line with company’s expectations from a technical perspective & meet agreed timelines 
  • Lead locally the technical part of customer engagement projects, initiated from BAS or HQs, ensuring that the outcome meets business needs

2. Manage CRM system in BAS

  • Act as go-to person for troubleshooting and end user support
  • Train users into CRM functionalities

3. Support decision making in BAS based on data & insights  

  • Provide input in KPI setting process for digital marketing activities & measure performance accordingly 
  • Ensure effective tagging of elements in omnichannel campaigns 
  • Support sales and marketing teams with omnichannel reports based on CRM and/or digital campaign data 
  • Work closely with reporting agencies to develop and maintain automated dashboards in Qliksense, based on CRM, digital campaigns and/or sales data, ensuring regular KPI monitoring
  • Support data science initiatives in BAS

 

Your qualifications & skills

  • University degree (in finance, mathematics, computer science, life sciences)
  • Excellent MS Office skills (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English 
  • Ability to work on solutions for technical problems related to digital communication & use digital solutions and platforms
  • Project management & organizational skills
  • Analytical skills (including ability to work with numbers) & data driven mindset
  • Strong communication & collaboration skills
