We are seeking for a motivated and energetic individual at early career stage (min 1-2 years of relevant experience), based in Athens, Greece, to join our Business Area South & East Europe (BASEE) team as Personal & Administrative Assistant to the Managing Director.
Please note that this is a temporary position until 31st December 2025.
BASEE includes Greece, Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Israel, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Ukraine and has its head offices in Athens, Greece.
Your new role
In this temporary role you will be providing administrative support to the MD, acting as contact person between HQs and BASEE countries. Indicative activities:
• Manage the calendar of the MD, scheduling meetings and taking care of all practicalities & logistics
• Arrange MD trips
• F/up on deadlines & processes set by the MD
• Prepare requested reports
• Manage process for signing of documents by the MD, reviewing if needed documents in advance
• Ensure legalization of documents (notarize & apostille)
• Follow up Power of Attorney process for BASEE countries
• Process any change in members of the Board of Directors in BASEE countries
• Prepare Board of Directors minutes for Greece
You will interact closely with members of BASEE Management Team, colleagues from Lundbeck HQs and Lundbeck Business Service Center in Krakow.
Your qualifications & skills:
• Strong planning, organizing & prioritizing skills
• High interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential issues
• High proficiency in Greek & English (verbal & written)
• Relevant previous experience will be considered an asset
