You could be our next Brand Assistant Trainee, joining Lundbeck’s Psychiatry Business Unit and gaining hands-on experience supporting marketing initiatives across Spain and Portugal. Your new role

As a Brand Assistant Trainee, you will support the Marketing team in the execution of projects and initiatives across the Iberian market. You will gain exposure to brand management, market insights, omnichannel engagement, congresses and events, while learning how pharmaceutical marketing contributes to improving patient outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales and Market Access, giving you a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and how cross-functional teams work together to create impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills, build your professional network and grow in a purpose-driven international environment.

 

Your future team

You will become part of the Psychiatry Business Unit in Iberia, based in our Barcelona office.

You will join a collaborative and supportive team that values curiosity, teamwork and continuous learning. Our culture encourages asking questions, sharing ideas and learning through experience. Working alongside experienced professionals across different functions, you will receive guidance and exposure to meaningful projects while developing your professional capabilities.

 

The position is based in Barcelona, Spain.

 

What you bring to the team

You are eager to learn, motivated by collaboration and interested in building a career within the pharmaceutical industry.

 

You likely bring:

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Portuguese proficiency at C1 level or native speaker (mandatory)
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above
  • Availability to formalize an internship agreement with a university or educational institution

 

As a person, you are curious, proactive and willing to take initiative. You enjoy working with others, communicating effectively and are motivated to learn in a dynamic and international environment.
