Brand Manager - Neuropsychiatry Business Unit

Are you ready to shape the future of innovative treatments in Neuroscience across Iberia?

You could be our next Brand Manager, driving strategy and impact for Spain and Portugal from our Barcelona office.

Your new role

As Brand Manager, you will define, implement and coordinate the brand strategy and promotional activities for assigned products across Iberia (Spain and Portugal). You will translate global strategies into strong local execution, ensuring compliance with regulations, alignment with market needs, and optimal budget management.

You will design and deliver impactful annual Brand Plans, lead cycle meetings, drive omnichannel initiatives, and turn insights into actionable strategies. Working closely with Sales, Medical, Access, Compliance and Global Marketing, you will ensure sustainable brand positioning, maximize adoption among healthcare professionals, and contribute directly to achieving our commercial ambitions.

This is a highly visible role where strategic thinking meets hands-on execution - offering you the opportunity to shape growth in a dynamic and competitive market.

Your future team

You will report to the BU Director and become part of the Neuropsychiatry Business Unit in Iberia. From our Barcelona office, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Spain and Portugal in a cross-functional and international environment.

Our culture is collaborative, agile and purpose-driven. We value open dialogue, accountability and curiosity. You will work alongside experienced commercial, medical and access professionals who are passionate about improving outcomes for patients living with brain disorders.

The position is based in Barcelona, Spain, with responsibility for Iberia.

What you bring to the team

You combine strong strategic capabilities with hands-on execution and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in cross-functional environments and are comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, marketing or a related role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Solid experience in brand planning, market research and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy or Life Sciences
  • MBA or similar master’s degree is an advantage

You are analytical yet creative, structured yet adaptable. You bring strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate insights into clear actions.
