Your new role
In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our Barcelona office, combining front desk reception responsibilities with key administrative and back-office support. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling communications, managing supplies, and supporting departments such as People & Communication and the Managing Director. This is a dynamic position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the efficiency, organization, and welcoming culture that define Lundbeck Iberia.
Your future team
You will join the People & Communication Department within Lundbeck Iberia, reporting to the People & Communication Director. Our team is collaborative, supportive, and passionate about making every employee and guest experience a positive one. We work closely with all departments across the organization to maintain smooth operations, promote a healthy workplace, and strengthen our internal community. The position is based in Barcelona, Spain.
What you bring to the team
- Superior education and at least 2 years of experience in reception or administrative support roles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Veeva CRM, Promomats, ServiceNow, Ariba, and Fiori
- A proactive, service-minded attitude with a genuine interest in supporting others and contributing to a positive office environment
