Key Responsibility:

工作职责

  • 负责销售团队日常业务数据管理和数据分析,辖区管理及优化,识别业务发展的潜在问题和机会,为管理层决策提供支持;
  • 参与销售团队与公司之间的业务往来沟通,做好业务衔接和跟进;
  • 结合产品策略,业务推广现状,完成指标分配方案设计与分配工作
  • 参与奖金政策的制定,配合团队完成季度奖金计算工作
  • 参与SFE工作流程的制定和执行,包括但不限于销售构架的设定调整、数据的整合管理、部门对外的相关培训等;
  • 完成上级领导分配的其它任务,以应对临时突发情况。

 

Knowledge & Experience & Capability:

位要求

  • 大学本科及以上学历,数学、统计学或相关专业;
  • 3年及以上SFE或相关工作经验,医药行业优先,咨询背景优先;
  • 熟练使用常规数理统计、数据分析、数据挖掘工具软件对数据进行处理和分析;
  • 具备良好的沟通协调能力,较强的影响力,学习能力强,有责任心;
  • 熟练使用办公软件,良好的英文听说读写能力。
