RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:

工作职责                                                  

 

  • 管理全国市场及销售策略制定年度关键客户管理策略,年度准入和安全运营目标;
  • 制定可行有效且符合合规的项目并实施,及时评估实施效果以及提出改进方案;
  • 管理全国关键医院关键干系人和第三方客户,沟通、业务联系,巩固,维护外部客户与公司良好长期的合作关系,实现定期拜访并及时反馈/建议;
  • 参与制定和支持公司战略项目实施,如私立医院项目和大湾区试验项目等

  • 熟悉和分享医疗保健和医院改革的行业信息和见解,更新关键客户学术活动,根据客户未满足的需求提出解决方案,积极支持医院上市成果;
  • 加强关键客户团队和其他团队(如销售、市场、政府事务、商务、医学)之间的跨职能沟通,将关键客户团队的见解纳入公司的战略和行动计划;
  • 与相关职能部门合作,推进市场准入工作;
  • 团队人员管理,优化团队工作SOP
  • 管理关键客户团队项目预算,与财务团队顺利协调。
  • 确保合规性;
  • 领导交办的其他工作相关任务

 

REQUIREMENT:

岗位要求:

  • 至少10年以上医药行业关键客户管理经验,在跨国公司工作优先
  • 对中国商业模式和政策要求以及与主要利益相关者的现有关系有深入的了解和专业知识
  • 在跨职能环境中以及与合作伙伴一起创造成果的成熟领导技能和能力
  • 战略思维,具有制定和实施战略计划的能力
  • 在建立结构化信息和情报收集系统以及价格监控系统方面具有强大的分析思维和经验
  • 有关键客户项目设计和实施经验者优先
  • 较强的人际沟通能力和建立关系的能力,成熟的领导力技能
  • 英语熟练,具备良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力
