向NDC业务负责人汇报,协助全国多渠道营销业务负责人完成零售与电商渠道的销售工作,与第三方CSO公司合作,开展精神与神经类处方药的多渠道管理和销售工作

 

主要工作职责:

  • 销售业务目标达成:负责零售与电商渠道的整体销售任务及核心KPI,确保业务稳健增长,并不断开拓新的增长机会
  • CSO业务管理:与外部CSO公司零售与电商团队紧密合作,推动销售任务与策略的落地,制定并管理渠道关键KPI,在确保合规和可持续发展的前提下,深度挖掘CSO业务潜力
  • 渠道客户管理:定期拜访和维护渠道关键客户,建立长期合作关系;持续开发新客户和销售机会,优化客户标签体系,实现客户分级与精细化管理
  • 销售项目执行与落地:统筹并执行中央市场部及内部零售、电商相关销售项目,确保高质量落地;跟踪执行进度和效果,及时反馈并提出优化建议
  • 业务分析与行业洞察:定期进行业绩复盘与渠道业务分析,监测零售与电商行业动态,结合内外部数据形成有价值的分析报告,为决策提供支持
  • 销售策略优化与迭代:基于市场趋势、业务数据和竞争分析,定期进行策略复盘,提出可行改进方案,推动零售与电商业务模式的优化和创新
  • 渠道资源整合与协同:整合零售与电商资源,促进渠道间联动和跨渠道合作,提升整体资源配置效率,最大化渠道协同价值
  • 跨部门协作与沟通:与市场、医学、合规等部门保持高效协作,确保战略、资源与行动计划在多渠道业务中的一致性
  • 其他工作:完成直线经理交付的其他业务相关任务

 

任职条件:

  • 具备零售与电商销售管理和市场策略相关工作经验者优先
  • 大学本科或以上学历,具有8年以上医药行业销售的MNC工作经验
  • 了解国家关于医药市场管理的政策要求,熟悉处方药多渠道营销的业务模式,了解商业公司渠道管理和运营模式
  • 逻辑性强,具备较强的业务洞察、组织协调与跨部门沟通能力
  • 熟练操作Excel和PPT等办公软件
