Main job tasks 主要工作任务
- 与目标医院关键客户建立并保持良好合作关系
- 负责区域内目标医院准入目标达成，确保产品在院内的安全运营工作；
- 管理区域目标医院关键目标客户，搭建外部客户与公司的长期合作伙伴关系，建立并维护KA目标医院关键客户档案并定期更新
- 根据全国和区域策略制定可行有效且合规的学术活动项目并实施，及时评估实施效果以及提出改进方案；
- 参与和支持公司战略项目实施，如私立医院项目和大湾区试验项目等；
- 熟悉对当前及未来业务有影响的政策，与相关职能部门合作，参与或协调所辖区域的市场准入工作；
- 确保合规性；
- 领导交办的其他工作相关任务。
Knowledge, skills and experience 知识、技能和经验
- 医药相关专业本科及以上学历
- 五年以上医药行业从业经验，三年以上关键客户管理相关经验者优先；
- 有神经精神领域医药从业经历者优先
- 优秀的沟通能力和大客户管理能力，有较强的团队合作意识和大局观
- 良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，具有在跨职能环境中创造成果的成熟领导技能和能力
- 良好的市场洞察力及策略思维，良好的项目策划和实施能力
- 英语熟练，具备良好的中英文书面和口头沟通能力
