Senior New Product Planning Manager, Rare Disease

New product planning (50%)
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive pre-launch strategies for key rare disease assets, including:
- Data generation plans to support evidence-based decisions.
- Patient journey mapping to inform early commercial shaping.
- Responsible for commercial assessment of target assets (e.g., Bexi, Amlenetug), develop business cases including market understanding/pricing strategy/revenue forecast/P&L for target asset
- Collaborate closely with global NPP team to influence portfolio decisions and ensure China’s market needs are reflected in global development plans.
Business development (30%)
- Conduct strategic and financial analysis to guide BD decisions, including in-licensing pipeline opportunities, commercial co-promotion, and international collaborations.
- Screen and assess external opportunities that align with Lundbeck China’s strategic priorities and growth ambitions.
Competitive Intelligence (10%)
- Responsible for competitor tracking, collecting relevant competitor intelligence from external and internal sources and providing competition updates on key product areas for marketed and pipeline products
- Proactively and on an ad-hoc basis, execute market and product analyses on all promoted brands to provide current market status as well as identifying new market insights
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities & revenue potential for Lu CN future growth
Ad hoc projects and support (10%)
REQUIREMENT
- Master’s degree in medical, Pharmacy, Business, Management or Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant pharma industry experience in New product planning, Business development, or Portfolio Strategy
- OR 3+ years management consulting experience with relevant projects in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with rare disease assets experience is a plus must?
- Experience with strategy development and commercial excellence area is an advantage
- Medical Affairs or Sales experience is a plus
- Overseas experience is a plus
