Description
1)Planning
•Produces and propose to Marketing director on Product Plan for the product as input to the Annual Business Plan including SWOT analysis, marketing strategy (focusing on both product and disease management involving doctors), objectives, promotional activities and budgets. •Promotes originality and creativity in all activities to enhance product performance and continued improvement against key success criteria.
•As part of the business planning process, develops strategic and operational plans and budgets at all levels and in line with international guidelines, to support the achievement of business objectives.
•Reviews and plans to ensure that the organization and allocation of resources is effectively and efficiently utilized to achieve business objectives,
•Establishes effective processes for the deployment, communication, implementation, control and review of plans and budgets at all levels
2)Implementation
•Manage all activities in the Product Plan according to company procedures, (including both internal and external resources) within agreed deadlines and according to company system and processes e.g. project management.
•Collaborates with and supports the sales force via training, detailing materials, market analysis and research, client support, territorial management to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.
•Contact with medical decision-makers and opinion leaders according to agreed targets, to gain market feedback as it applies to promotion strategy, project management and relationship marketing.
•KOL management to get endorsement and support from them
3)Administration and Reporting
•to company policies and procedures e.g. expense reports. Carries out all administration according
•Prepares monthly reports according to reporting guidelines and departmental standards.
•Preparation and communication of marketing information to sales force during cycle meetings.
•Other tasks assigned by manager
requirements
•Demonstrate a solid understanding of market, product knowledges and key customers
•Strong strategic thinking
•Demonstrate ability in developing marketing strategies
•Good communication skill and able to lead in cross function projects
•Good team player
•Fluent written and spoken English
•5 years working experience
•At least 2 years' experience of marketing in multinational company, background with CNS MKT experience will be preferable
