Your new role
As a Project Manager in Supply Chain, you will lead diverse and high-impact projects spanning multiple functions, complexities, and stakeholder groups.
You will play a key role in driving strategic supply chain initiatives, by ensuring the establishment of commercial supply chains for new products, implementing critical changes to existing supply chains, and leading improvement projects to enhance efficiency and performance. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will navigate complex stakeholder environments, facilitate business-critical decisions, and optimize supply chain operations.
Your projects are diverse in scope, complexity and stakeholders and may include:

Establishing supply chains for new products

Developing business cases for internal vs. external manufacturing with Finance and Production

Negotiating contracts with contract manufacturers alongside Procurement and Legal

Managing alliance partner issues with Business Development

Implementing improvements to our supply chain

Preparing key project decisions for Senior Management.
Key stakeholders include CMC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Artwork & Master Data, Production Planning, Contract Manufacturers, Commercial, and more.
In short, in this role, you will lead projects that are essential to securing operations and building efficient, resilient supply chains, ensuring that we continue to meet patient needs worldwide.
Your future team
Supply Chain Project Management is part of Lundbeck Supply Chain, and you will join a highly experienced team with strong expertise in supply chain and deep familiarity with Lundbeck. We work independently, take pride in high standards and accountability, and support each other through collaboration and trust. You will report to the Director of Supply Chain Project Management, and your primary workplace is in Copenhagen, Denmark with limited travel. Virtual meetings outside office hours due to time zone differences between Lundbeck sites, partners and service providers can be expected.
What you bring to the team
-
M.Sc. degree in business, engineering, pharmacy, or natural sciences
-
Minimum 5 years of experience with project management within pharmaceutical supply chain, CMC, or contract manufacturing.

Strong commercial business understanding and negotiation experience.

Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus.

Strong interpersonal- and communication skills, well-organized, consistent, and goal driven.

Personal drive, a positive mindset, and the ability to embrace challenges when facing obstacles.

Enjoys working both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
