We are looking for an AI Manager to join the GCX team and lead our Next Best Action (NBA) Hub, enabling smarter, more relevant interactions with healthcare professionals.

 

Your new role - shaping the future of customer experience through AI

 

As AI Manager, you will play a key role within the GCX team, contributing to Lundbeck’s ambition to deliver unique customer experiences powered by data and AI.

You will own the NBA Hub platform and drive the development of AI use cases that empower customer-facing teams with actionable insights. This role combines business understanding, hands-on involvement, and cross-functional leadership to turn ideas into scalable solutions.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Own the NBA Hub platform, including its roadmap, prioritization, and continuous evolution to scale it as an enterprise capability.
  • Define and deliver Next Best Action use-cases to support customer-facing roles (e.g., field force, marketing, medical).
  • Partner with GCX and business stakeholders in affiliates to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable AI use cases and solution designs
  • Take a hands-on role in guiding the development of AI solutions.
  • Contribute to use-cases logic, design, and validation, ensuring relevance and usability in real-world settings.
  • Ensure all solutions are aligned with pharma compliance, data privacy, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with platforms such as CRM systems.
  • Leverage AI and GenAI to enhance personalization, recommendations, and customer journeys.
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve use cases based on data and user feedback.
  • Drive adoption and change management across markets and customer-facing teams.

 

Your future team

 

You will join a highly engaged team named Global Customer Experience team belonging to Corporate Product and Portfolio Strategy. The team enables to create unique customer experiences developing solutions and capabilities by collaborating very closely with Lundbeck´s affiliates across the world.

 

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

What you bring to the team

 

  • 6+ years of experience in AI, data, analytics with strong business exposure.
  • You have a strong business and customer-centric mindset.
  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • You are motivated by delivering impact at scale.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, especially customer engagement and omnichannel strategies.
  • Experience with Next Best Action, CRM-driven use cases.
  • Ability and willingness to be hands-on in shaping and guiding AI use cases.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
  • Robust knowledge of AI and data concepts and hands-on technical knowledge.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners or vendors.
