AI Organisation Transformation Lead
You could be our next AI Organisation Transformation Lead, a strategic role helping Lundbeck turn AI priorities into redesigned bionic workflows, new ways of working and practical organisational change. As part of the Chief AI Office team, you will help shape how people, AI, data and technology come together to create better decisions, faster execution and measurable enterprise value.
If you thrive at the intersection of organisation transformation, workflow redesign, AI-enabled change and cross-functional execution, this is your opportunity to help embed AI into how Lundbeck works, not as isolated tools, but as redesigned workflows that create lasting impact.
Your new role
The AI Organisation Transformation Lead works closely with line-of-business and functional owners to redesign the workflows and processes that AI will materially change across Lundbeck. The role translates AI portfolio priorities into future-state bionic workflows with clear process flows, roles, decisions, handoffs, ownership and implementation requirements.
Working with AI Value & Transformation Leads, the AI Frontier & Solution Quality Lead, business owners, EDE/IT, People & Culture and adoption/change teams, the role moves AI initiatives from opportunity and solution concept into practical operating change. The role does not own execution alone; it enables and orchestrates the teams responsible for embedding and scaling the redesigned workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end workflow and process redesign for selected high-value AI initiatives across functions
- Map current-state processes, including decisions, handoffs, roles, data inputs, systems, pain points and value leakage
- Design future-state bionic workflows, clarifying what humans do, what AI supports or automates, where decisions sit and what routines must change
- Create practical process maps, playbooks, operating routines and implementation requirements for business owners, EDE/IT and adoption/change teams
- Partner with AI Value & Transformation Leads to convert portfolio priorities into concrete workflow redesigns and scale-ready operating changes
- Partner with the AI Frontier & Solution Quality Lead to ensure redesigned workflows are grounded in credible AI capabilities, human oversight and practical solution constraints
- Facilitate cross-functional redesign workshops and challenge local silos where end-to-end outcomes require enterprise alignment
- Clarify ownership, roles, decision rights, handoffs and success measures so future-state designs can be embedded in the business
- Ensure redesigned workflows align with governance, compliance and responsible AI expectations without making compliance the center of the role
- Support communication, change readiness and handover to line-of-business owners, functional leaders and execution teams
Expected Results
- AI embedded into redesigned end-to-end workflows
- Clear future-state processes with roles, decisions, handoffs, ownership, routines and implementation requirements defined
- Line-of-business owners and execution teams equipped to implement, embed and scale redesigned ways of working
- Stronger adoption and business ownership of AI-enabled workflow changes across functions
- Reusable workflow-redesign patterns that improve speed, consistency and quality across Lundbeck's AI transformation portfolio
What you bring to the team
- Track record of driving organisational transformations in complex, global or cross-functional environments
- Strong experience in end-to-end process redesign, operating model transformation, business process excellence, workflow transformation or organisational design
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, value chain, organisational design, transformation or a related field
- Ability to translate AI-enabled opportunities into concrete process changes, role changes, decision routines and implementation requirements
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, including with senior functional leaders and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, especially GenAI-enabled workflow opportunities, to redesign workflows around what is practically possible
- Experience with adoption, change management, capability building or new ways of working in enterprise settings
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure without defaulting to generic transformation playbooks
- Experience from pharma, biotech or another regulated industry is preferred, but not required
- Balances challenge with humility, listening and collaboration
- Focuses on embedding change in the business, not creating transformation activity for its own sake
Your future team
The Chief AI Office team will be a small, high-caliber team with an enterprise mandate. The team will not be an IT build function or a traditional transformation office. It will act as an enterprise translation and transformation engine, connecting business priorities, workflow re-imagination, AI capabilities and value creation.
Together, the team will help Lundbeck make better choices, redesign how work gets done, scale what works and build the bionic capabilities needed to strengthen the company's long-term competitiveness and impact for patients.
The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
