Assistant to Senior Vice President
Assistant role with real purpose. As the Assistant to the SVP of Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC), you will be a trusted partner who brings clarity, structure and momentum to a fast-moving global organisation. You enable the SVP and CMC Leadership team to focus on what matters most by ensuring seamless operations, proactive planning and effective communication.
Your new role
You will be the operational backbone for the SVP by managing the SVP’s calendar, meetings and travel with proactive foresight and a strong sense of priorities. You will support the SVP being well-equipped to make informed decisions.
You enable clarity and progress across CMC working closely with the Business Manager and CMC Leadership to translate strategy into concrete plans and actions across the organization. Keep momentum by asking the right questions, aligning stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.
You are essential in coordination and organization of high-quality meetings and events and support internal communication initiatives and help foster a healthy, connected team culture.
You manage essential administrative processes, including calendar management, Travel planning, expense management, supporting purchase orders and invoices, and keeping internal procedures running smoothly. Confidentiality and professionalism are central in everything you do. You help set the tone for how the team can work smarter by being the go-to person for Lundbeck Admin systems.
Above all, you bring calm, overview and focus to a dynamic environment, juggling the big picture and the operational details with ease.

CMC is part of the Product Development and Supply (PDS) organization, and altogether we are 220 employees in CMC divided between the US and Denmark.

The position is based in our Valby headquarters.
What you bring to the team
- 5+ years experience supporting senior leaders in complex, international environments
- Confident, service-minded team player and able to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong English and Danish skills
- Highly proficient with digital tools and eager to learn new technologies
