We're looking for a BI User Adoption Specialist to guide user enablement, adoption, and community building as we transform our BI landscape globally. Your new role
As our BI User Adoption Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping a global BI culture that is inclusive, collaborative, and user driven. This is your chance to help colleagues—from analysts to senior leaders—become comfortable using data, making decisions, and finding new opportunities to create impact.
We’re looking for someone who loves building communities, guiding change, and enhancing user success. You’ll be the driving force behind our Power BI adoption strategy, ensuring data is accessible, engaging, and relevant for all.
Your future team
You will report to the Head of Business intelligence and be an integral part of our Data and Analytics department, which consists of approximately 30 dedicated engineers focused on data, software, AI and BI. Help us build a culture of trust, curiosity, adaptability, and accountability as we innovate and transform Lundbeck’s data landscape.
The position is based in Valby, Copenhagen
What you bring to the team
As our BI User Adoption Specialist, you will be at the heart of our user adoption strategy, making data accessible, engaging, and relevant for everyone—from analysts and from everyday users to senior leadership.
- Design and drive our user adoption journey by mapping personas, tailoring communication by region, and proactively identify and address friction points.
- Create engaging learning experiences—from hands-on workshops to inspiring training sessions—to help users build skills and confidence with Power BI.
- Launch and grow a BI Center of Excellence nurturing a supportive internal network of Power BI experts.
- Craft compelling communication plans and tell the story: Why Power BI, why now, and what’s in it for our users?
- Build connections and community through forums, office hours, and peer-to-peer learning platforms.
- Measure what matters, using data to understand engagement and refine our enablement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams and IT ensuring our communication and training stay relevant, and impactful.
