Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

 

As a BMS Project Manager within our BMS Team in our technical department, you will play an important role in overseeing and managing a diverse range of technical projects.

 

Your focus will be on the technical aspects, including HVAC systems, supply infrastructure, and electrical enhancements.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and complete technical projects.
  • Lead technical initiatives related to Building automation, such as (But not limited to) HVAC, Utility, Light and other electrical systems.
  • Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects to optimize project outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging your technical expertise.

In the team there are 3 BMS engineers supporting operations and projects, all with different professional backgrounds, In the team, we emphasize that there is always a helpful and relaxed tone. You will report to the Head of BMS & Metrology.

 

The position is based in Valby, Copenhagen.

 

What you bring to the team

 

The colleague that we are looking for is a team player with well-developed collaboration skills. You contribute to the good spirit and high professionalism in the department. Furthermore, we hope that you have:

 

  • Data Engineer, Electrical Engineer (or similar technical background) with solid technical competencies
  • Proven experience with technical projects and project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life science industry
  • Structured and data-driven in your approach to your tasks.
  • A great communicator with the ability to interact with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
