Your new role
As Business Insights Analyst, you will combine business analytics with regional CRM system ownership to ensure high-quality data, stable system operations and actionable insights. Reporting to the Regional Business Insights Lead, you will play a key role in supporting Commercial and Medical teams across the region.
You will own and optimize CRM and related systems, contribute to a new CRM implementation in close collaboration with global functions, and translate data into insights that drive decision-making. The role offers a strong mix of system ownership, stakeholder engagement and analytical work, giving you broad exposure across both affiliate and global levels.
Your future team
Business Insights, North & Central Europe is a collaborative and stakeholder-focused function supporting regional performance and decision-making. You will work closely with colleagues across Commercial, Medical, affiliates and global teams, as well as external consultants.
The team values curiosity, strong collaboration and a practical approach to problem-solving. You will engage regularly with global CRM communities and regional stakeholders, contributing to shared solutions and continuous improvement.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark. This role is primarily office-based, with the option of working from home up to 2 days per week.
What you bring to the team
You bring solid experience within business analytics and systems, combined with a structured and proactive mindset. You are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and enjoy translating data into meaningful insights.
You likely bring:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence, Sales Operations or Commercial IT (pharma experience is an advantage)
- Strong CRM experience (Veeva preferred) and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
As a person, you are self-driven and take initiative, with strong project management and problem-solving skills. You communicate clearly, collaborate effectively across functions, and enjoy engaging with stakeholders at both regional and global levels.
