Do you want to work side-by-side with senior leaders and play a key role in shaping strategic priorities across Lundbeck’s Corporate Functions?
We are looking for a Business Manager to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Enterprise Digital Enablement (EDE, formerly known as IT). You will be working closely with the SVP as an integrated member of the EDE Leadership Team. This is an opportunity to combine strategy and execution while playing an active role in shaping priorities and decisions at senior leadership level.
Your new role
As Business Manager, you will drive execution of key priorities and ensure alignment across Corporate Functions. You will take ownership of central processes and high-impact initiatives, supporting the EDE SVP and Leadership Team in translating strategy into action.
Your responsibilities will include:
Trusted advisor to the SVP
- Acting as a sparring partner to SVP on strategy, priorities, and resource allocation
- Translating Lundbeck’s strategy into actionable plans within function
- Preparing high-quality materials for senior leadership forums
Strategic leadership support
- Co-shaping the Leadership Team agenda and strategic priorities
- Driving clarity on focus areas, trade-offs, and decision-making
- Planning and facilitating strategy sessions and offsites
Strategy development and prioritization
- Co-developing functional strategy and annual priorities
- Driving prioritization within resource constraints
- Ensuring follow-up and value realization
Transformation and project leadership
- Leading high-impact projects end-to-end
- Driving cross-functional initiatives and stakeholder alignment
- Developing business cases and tracking value realization
Your future team
In your day-to-day, you will be embedded with the EDE SVP and Leadership Team, acting as an integrated member of the function and supporting priorities and decision-making at the core of the business. The SVP report directly to the Group CFO and is also part of the Corporate Functions Leadership team.
You will report to the Head of CFO Office (Business Manager to CFO), with a dotted line to the SVP for EDE, and be part of a strong Business Manager team across Corporate Functions, enabling knowledge sharing and collaboration across functions.
What you bring to the team
You are a structured and proactive professional with strong business acumen and the ability to operate effectively in a senior stakeholder environment.
You likely bring:
- A relevant academic degree (Master’s preferred)
- 3-6 years of experience from consulting, strategy, finance, or transformation roles
- Strong project management experience, including end-to-end ownership
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and proficiency in Excel
- Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complexity

Annual Base Salary Range: 687 000 - 944 900
At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final hourly rate will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, level of proficiency, and internal pay equity.
