Your new role
Reporting to the VP of CMC Biologics and as a key member of the leadership team, you will plan, prepare, and participate in organizational and leadership initiatives, meetings, and related activities to support the strategic development of the area. You will be responsible for organizing agendas for leadership and governance meetings, becoming a super-user of local systems, and managing yearly processes including financial planning, organizational performance management, and follow-up reporting to the senior management team. By leading or contributing to various projects, you will interact with different parts of the organization, gaining deep insight into Lundbeck’s CMC development pipeline, R&D organization and a broad understanding of Lundbeck's value chain and business processes.
Your future team
We are seeking an ambitious team player to join our leadership team in CMC Biologics as a Business Partner to the VP of CMC Biologics.
CMC Biologics is responsible for the strategic and technical leadership of pharmaceutical development, supporting our growing Biologics pipeline from pre-clinical development through process validation, commercialization, and launch. We are a cross-Atlantic organization with sites in Copenhagen and Seattle. As a Business Partner, you will substantially impact in shaping this organization and work closely with the senior leadership team to drive organizational improvements and processes.
Your workplace will be in Valby, and you can expect some afternoon meetings and travel activities as part of your role.
What you bring to the team
Our preferred candidate possesses the following personal and professional qualifications:

Master’s degree in a relevant area such as engineering, pharmacy, business, natural, or technical sciences.

Flair for both science and business processes, implementation of strategic initiatives, and a passion for developing and supporting a deeply scientific organization to achieve ambitious goals and deliver innovation.

Experience with budgets, including OPEX, CAPEX, and Project Budgets, and familiarity with financial budget systems such as SAP and Planisware is desirable.

Drive, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to build partnerships and work both collaboratively with stakeholders and independently.

Ability to structure and analyze complex issues and independently establish solutions.

Strong IT skills, proven experience with the MS toolbox, and the ability to prepare presentation and communication materials with clear messages for different levels of stakeholders.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

Fluency in spoken and written English.
