Are you ready to take a new and exciting role within Quality Assurance in an international pharmaceutical company, and to supply medicines to patients around the world? We are currently looking for an ambitious, independent and outgoing professional for the position of Quality Business Partner.
You will report directly to the Senior Director for Corporate Product Quality Operations (CPQO). Our area is divided into four teams with a total of 34 employees.
As the Quality Business Partner, you will be responsible for a mix of project tasks and daily operations, and you will be part of and work closely together with the leadership team in CPQO. This role offers a dynamic and challenging environment where you can make a significant impact on our quality assurance processes and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality medicines to patients globally.

You will collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization like Production, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and rest of the Quality Organization.
You will get insight into several aspects of the quality handling of our internal and external manufacturing in Corporate Product Quality Operations including handling of authority requests, critical quality issues and setting the right level of quality. As we undergo a phase of transition, there is a significant opportunity to influence our operational processes and play a pivotal role in our strategy to achieve high quality standards, all while supporting our patients.
The role can be shaped based on your skills, interests and experience with a clear focus on these responsibilities:

Leading and participating in projects and optimization initiatives

Handling of quality issues and investigations related to these

Operational tasks like complaint handling, updating procedures, deviation handling, statements to authorities

Supporting the CPQO leadership team in budget and reporting processes and facilitation of meetings and workshops

Potentially assisting with QP (Qualified Person) related tasks, as the Senior Director of the area is also Lundbeck’s QP.

What you bring to the team
Our ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications:

A relevant academic background (e.g., pharmaceutical science, engineering, or other life sciences).

At least one year of experience in Quality Assurance.

Curiosity regarding new tasks and a proactive approach to solving them.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across various functions of the organization.

Good interpersonal skills to succeed in your job.

Excellent planning skills and the ability to manage conflicting demands to meet deadlines.

Fluency in Danish and English.

Your future team
As Quality Business Partner you will work closely and report to Mathilde Lester Skals, Senior Director of Corporate Product Quality Operations (CPQO), Qualified Person and be a part of an organization with the overall QA responsibility for the daily operations of our internal and external manufacturing. CPQO consist of 4 departments, 2 working with internal production and 2 working with external production with a total of 34 employees. CPQO is a unit that reports to Corporate Product Quality (CPQ). CPQ is the overall Commercial Quality Organization in Lundbeck with around 180 employees.
