Business Partner – In-field Solutions

We are looking for an eager and passionate person for the role of Business Partner – In-field Solutions who will work within the Global Customer Engagement team in defining and executing the multi-channel strategy at the global and affiliate level. As an expert in CRM and other in-field solutions, this individual will collaborate with our partners and affiliates to develop, maintain and evolve our multi-channel in-field strategy.

Furthermore, this individual will be responsible for providing strategic guidance for best practices within different in-field solutions and the development of new opportunities. The Business Partner – In-field Solutions role should have a data-driven mindset to provide guidance to affiliates to maximize effective use and results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the global and local cross-functional teams in the development of in-field strategies from pre-launch phase throughout the lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with relevant internal and external (including vendors) to execute in-field strategies.
  • Supporting the affiliates in developing and implementing new multi-channel in-field initiatives to ensure effective implementation, training and execution.
  • Apply commercial perspective, deep functional expertise, and business input to all relevant in-field solutions to ensure strong execution.
  • Key contact and functional lead for CRM, CLM, PromoMats and other in-field activities which can including rep-trigger email, remote detailing, etc.
  • Project management for new CRM implementations in alignment with implementation partner and local affiliate teams.
  • Responsible for future development of new in-field solutions to improve the multi-channel capabilities for our affiliates and evolve the customer experience.
  • Act as the leader of the Global team for governance of the GCE In-field solutions such as Veeva CRM, Brand Portal and PromoMats.


Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM, content management, and other in-field solutions
  • Tertiary degree in IT, marketing, engineering or equivalent leadership experience In-field solutions
  • Strong project management experience including managing project plans, timelines, budgets and quality program delivery
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Capable of prioritizing effectively and working in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated team player and creative problem solver with a passion for delivering results
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; fluent in English
  • Veeva Suite experience is an asset
  • Experience in working in a global role is an asset
