Clinical Supply Manager
Your experience within coordination and project management might be just what we are looking for to progress fast-paced clinical trials within an agile and supportive team. You will be involved in global phase I-IV clinical trials from trial outline until trial close-out, giving you a diverse portfolio and interactions with a range of stakeholders in your daily work life.
Your new role
As our new colleague, you will support the progression of our R&D pipeline of promising drug candidates by exhibiting leadership for clinical supply activities. You will be responsible for coordinating clinical supplies for several clinical trials in different phases, from initial trial design discussions to trial completion in close interaction with external vendors and Lundbeck colleagues around the globe. This will as an example include defining tasks outsourced to a CMO such as packaging, labelling, and distribution activities, blinding strategies, and supply forecasting or even Interactive Response Technology (IRT), if that is within your area of interest. You will handle independent assignments while being supported by a team of committed colleagues and encouraging leadership.
You can look forward to diverse responsibilities within both clinical trial and project-specific CMC deliverables, as we will be tailoring the challenges with your continued development. You will have the opportunity to use and enhance your project management skills, practice daily cross-organizational stakeholder management and gain specialized knowledge of clinical development.
This full-time position requires the ability to work onsite according to Lundbeck’s flexible work guideline, as we understand and respect that flexibility is essential to accommodate your private life. Applicants should be within commuting distance of Lundbeck’s headquarter in Copenhagen.
Your future team
Clinical Supply in CMC currently consists of 10 highly skilled and passionate colleagues. who are experts in coordinating outsourcing related to packaging and distribution of Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP), as well as activities related to IRT. The team is composed of a balance of experienced professionals and newer members, ensuring a dynamic mix of deep expertise and fresh perspectives. In Clinical Supply, we are responsible for delivery of both small molecules and biologics IMP to the entire Lundbeck portfolio.

What you bring to the team
You hold a master’s degree in pharmacy/engineering/chemistry/industrial medicine or similar and bring preferably 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Supply, Clinical Development, Project Management, or related area in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry.
You are inspiring and motivating in your collaboration with colleagues across cultures and organizations and have excellent coordination skills as well as a structured and analytical mindset. Furthermore, you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
