<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">We are looking for an experienced Clinical Trial System Administrator with a high passion for systems and technical flair. Do you want to contribute to restore brain health for patients worldwide? And are you passionate about working with clinical studies in an international environment, then we have a position as Clinical Trial System Administrator in Clinical Operations for you.


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The position is out of Lundbeck’s headquarters in Valby.


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Our department is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating international clinical phase I-IV studies as well as conducting global non-interventional studies. In total, we are 35 employees and we perform clinical studies in more than 50 countries worldwide.


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Your job

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Provide administrative support to clinical projects, with focus on clinical systems
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Independent conduct of administrative tasks within the relevant clinical team and project group
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Key person towards Lundbeck’s EDMS and TMF team incl. coordination of SOP distribution
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Coordinate Transparency Portal preapprovals and report of actuals
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Coordinator and super user of Lundbeck’s Investigator portal CliniHub
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Coordinate DSUR/PSUR reports for Clinical Operations

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Our preferred candidate has the following profile:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">degree in life science and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">good understanding of the clinical trial process
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">experience in EDMS and passionate about record and information management
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">drive for and experience with how IT and systems can facilitate processes and procedures
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">a team player and at the same time able to work independently
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">able to maintain a broad overview and keep enough level of detail
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">computer competency coupled with fluent in written and oral English
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">structured and organized
