Perhaps you have experience in compliance and/or medical information services? Then you may be our new Compliance & Medical Information Manager in Medical Affairs Operations.

 

Medical Affairs Operations is a business support function to Medical Affairs, responsible for processes, procedures and applications across Medical Affairs, as well as for providing medical information. Also, the department plays a key role in supporing Lundbecks committee for review and approval of promotional material.

 

The positions is placed at Lundbeck’s headquarter in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will report to the Head of Medical Affairs Operations.

 

Your job and key responsibilities

The Compliance & Medical Information Manager will primarily engage in two main tasks:

  • Managing compliance processes and systems for review and approval of promorional material, including
    • being super-user and administrator of the Veeva Vault PromoMats MLR, system used for review and approval of promotional material
    • handling daily operations to support Headquarters Promotional and Advertising Review Committee work, including organizing review meetings, training sessions, and supporting brand teams

 

  • Play a supportive role in ensuring quality of medical information services provided by Lundbeck, including
    • triaging of medical queries: Provide responses to some queries and ensure responses to others through cooperation with medical experts
    • Liaising with medical experts, pharmacovigilance, other relevant functions and vendor to develop and update standard responses, coordinate approval of standard responses at HQ and with affiliates

 

Qualifications

Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:

  • As minimum, holds a master’s degree in Health Sciences or equivalent.
  • Previous relevant pharma experience within medical information, global pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, compliance or related functions .
  • Insight into and interest for steering document management and compliance in relation to Medical Affairs and promotional activities.
  • Flair for IT, and the ability to confidently link processes with systems/support tools. Prior knowledge of Veeva Vault PromoMats or other compliance management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with an eye for service.
  • Collaborative and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, and a strong communicator.
