Compliance Officer
Copenhagen, Hovedstaden, DK
Compliance Officer, Global Compliance
Do you excel in connecting ethics compliance and business? Do you want to join the team updating the Code of Conduct? Your experience from life-science as a compliance process owner might be just what we are looking for. Here is your chance to join a global company with a strong purpose of being committed to improving the quality of life for people living with brain diseases.
Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?
You will become a key-person in ensuring that our standards, policies & procedures – one of the main building blocks of our global Compliance Program - are in place and clearly defined. You will work in a matrix organization with colleagues in Valby, our Kraków office and Regional Compliance Officers from around the world.
Your primary tasks will be to:
-
Facilitate the revision of the Code of Conduct
-
Drive roll-out and implementation of the global procedures and processes related to Business Ethics Compliance (e.g. Third Party Due Diligence)
-
Facilitate collaboration in our Global Compliance organisation, conduct training and dissimilate best business ethics practices across Lundbeck
Your future team
You will join a truly international team with a caring-vibe and can-do attitude. Together, we make an impact – we collaborate closely across different locations, we are informal, always help each other out, and we go to work with a curiosity and passion for creating results that ultimately benefits patients.
What you bring to the team
Besides relevant academic background (within business, law or science) we are also looking for the following qualifications:
-
3-5 years of compliance process management experience from international organizations
-
Hands-on experience with developing and implementation of corporate procedures and cross-functional SOPs
-
Proven stakeholder management and communications skills in English
How your colleagues would describe you
You are genuinely interested in learning and understanding things surrounding you – both the processes you work with and your colleagues. You have a curious mind, and you are good at asking clarifying questions without compromising on being a good listener. You work hard to make complex things and process less complicated.
Our promise to you
Lundbeck offers an inspiring workplace, passionate colleagues and a culture characterized as collaborative – a must to successfully bring our treatments through research and development all the way to commercialization and the people who need them. We offer a mix of exciting tasks and numerous development opportunities that are balanced with initiatives focused on your well-being.
