Description

Join our team to help fulfil Lundbeck’s ambitions within Code of Conduct compliance monitoring, which is a key component of Lundbeck’s global compliance program. We are 11 dedicated people who facilitate the continuous development of Lundbeck’s global business processes to make them more sustainable, transparent and to minimise ethical risks.

 

Our team has a variety of backgrounds and we like working in a dynamic, ambitious and informal environment. This position offers a development opportunity to specialize within pharma compliance and auditing. You will be working with team members, other assurance functions and colleagues across Lundbeck’s commercial affiliates to support their understanding of requirements and capture improvements. You will contribute to the continuous development of our multifaceted monitoring practices. You should expect to have 30-40 travel days per year.

 

Your qualifications

Our preferred candidate has a relevant academic background in finance, business law, accounting, auditing or similar and 1-5 years of experience with monitoring including audits, process reviews, data analytics, due diligence and investigations. Experience from working in a multinational life science or consultancy company is an advantage.

 

In addition, you should:

 

  • Approach your tasks with a structured, analytical and innovative mindset
  • Possess strong communication and reporting skills in English
  • Be curious, eager to learn, responsible and proactive
  • Know how to act professionally and have a sense of humour
  • Be able to stay focused while working under pressure
