Diversity & Inclusion Consultant

Do you want to help us strengthen a diverse and inclusive workplace culture at Lundbeck? Then you might be our new D&I colleague.

Making a meaningful difference for people living with brain diseases is more than an aspiration at Lundbeck, it is a commitment. To best deliver on this, we need to reflect the diversity of our patients and their needs, and we are therefore focused on creating the context, culture and systems where all Lundbeck employees – no matter who and where they are – can be themselves and perform at their best.

In this position you will drive projects and initiatives within the D&I agenda. You will support the development of new initiatives and execute existing projects. Theory and conceptual thinking are highly valued, but it’s equally important to execute and implement the solutions. You will handle multiple perspectives and funnel these to ensure execution, as well as leverage data and consistent measurement to drive behavior and cultural change.
