As Head of QA systems, you will play an important role in shaping the quality and compliance landscape for our commercial manufacturing and supply chain. Your new role
You will work in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization and your leadership will directly influence the integrity and reliability of our Quality Management System.
Your responsibility within the team covers:

Responsibility for the external and internal audit program, ensuring that Lundbeck holds the necessary licenses to operate.

Develop and maintain global guidelines and corporate procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from EMA and FDA.

Quality oversight for all suppliers for internal manufacturing.

Quality Management Review to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.

Quality partner for implementation of computerized systems like SAP, MES, Veeva).

Develop and maintain digital dashboards for housekeeping KPI´s.

Support the organization with training, quality insights in projects etc.
Your future team
You will be the direct manager of 10 skilled QA professionals and specialists.
You will join the business area Corporate Product Quality who is responsible for ensuring Quality for the commercial Product portfolio at Lundbeck. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be part of the Corporate Product Quality Assurance leadership team.
The position is based in Lundbeck headquarter Valby, Denmark.

You are an experienced people manager on Senior level, and you possess strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams in the pharmaceutical industry.

You have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
