We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and influential HR professional to take up the position as Director P&C Business Partner at Lundbeck, partnering with the Executive Vice President of Corporate Portfolio and Product Strategy, and the senior leadership teams across a global scope.
With your senior-level HR business partnering experience, strong business insight, and ability to translate business strategy into people strategy and enterprise-wide organizational initiatives, you may be just what we are looking for.
Your new role
In this position, you will act as a strategic advisor to the EVP of CPPS and their senior leadership teams, shaping organizational direction and ensuring the leadership, capabilities, culture, and operating model required to deliver on business priorities.

As Director P&C Business Partner, your main responsibilities are:

- Use people analytics, business insights, and external trends to inform strategic decisions and senior-level recommendations.
- Collaborate with CoEs and People Partners to ensure high-quality delivery of strategic P&C initiatives aligned with business needs.
Your future team
You will be part of PC&S and the Business Partnering organization, working closely with the Head of Business Partnering and senior stakeholders across Lundbeck. This is not a direct managerial role, but it requires significant influence across senior leaders, People Partners, and cross-functional teams.
The position is based in Denmark and has a global scope, supporting senior leadership teams and their respective organizations.
What you bring to the team
- Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Extensive senior-level People & Culture / HR business partnering experience, including advising EVP, executive, or senior leadership teams.
- Proven experience translating business strategy into people strategy and leading enterprise-level P&C agendas.
- Strong track record in organization design, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, leadership pipeline development, culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience leading or steering major transformation, M&A, restructuring, operating model, and change initiatives from a people and organization perspective.
- Strong business insight and strategic mindset, with the ability to make sense of complex, enterprise-wide issues and create clear direction.
- Ability to use people analytics, business insight, and external trends to shape senior-level recommendations and risk mitigation plans.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and coach senior leaders in complex global matrix environments.
- Strong organizational savvy, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across P&C, business leadership, and enabling functions.
