Your new role

As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving financial transparency and strategic insight within Lundbeck’s Product Development and Supply (PDS) organization. In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to guide data-driven decisions that shape our global operations.

You will lead initiatives that improve how we understand and manage costs, enable smarter investment choices, and strengthen our business performance. Your work will influence strategic priorities, from early development to commercial production, ensuring we invest effectively to deliver innovative treatments for people living with brain disorders.

Your future team

You will be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking PDS Finance team that thrives on curiosity, accountability, and partnership. You are an experienced finance professional who combines strategic thinking with a practical, solution-oriented mindset. Furthermore, you bring:

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 7+ years of finance experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, biotech or advanced manufacturing, with production finance exposure
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to de-complexify and turn complex issues into clear, actionable insights
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate transversally
  • Experience in leading transformation or performance improvement in complex organizations
  • Proactive, collaborative, curious, and confident problem-solver
  • Manages variable workloads tied to key projects and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English
