Finance Business Partner – Production

 

We are looking for an ambitious, passionate and performance-driven Finance Business Partner for Global Production in Lundbeck

Production & Admin Finance (eight finance professionals) is part of Group Finance with approx. 45+ finance professionals. Our work environment is characterized by knowledge sharing, collaboration and trust.

 

As Finance Business Partner – Production, you will be working closely together with your colleagues in Production & Admin Finance and Group Finance as well as business partners throughout the Global Production Organization.

 

Location – Lundbeck HQ, Copenhagen.

 

Your job and key responsibilities

In close collaboration with the Senior Director of Production & Admin Finance, you will be responsible for continuously improving our financial reporting and planning processes to support value creation across Lundbeck. In addition, you will support the Global Production organization with financial overviews, analyses and business insights to optimize short- and long-term operational decisions.

 

Examples of your key responsibilities are;

 

  • On-going development of our Management Reporting
  • Performance Management – how to measure production – identification of Value Points/Drivers – measurement of productivity – identification of pain points, etc.
  • Front runner in driving simplification and optimization of our internal processes and towards our stakeholders
  • Lean Front Driver of the team
  • Participation in projects across Global Production
  • Business Cases – business case development support and follow-up – development of new processes and models
  • Key Player in securing best-in-class Production Finance Teams globally
  • Participation in month-/quarter-/year-end closings

 

Qualifications

Our preferred candidate is a finance professional presently working in a production company. You have solid experience within production economy and significant experience within financial analysis, performance management and stakeholder reporting.

 

Our preferred candidate has the following profile:

 

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and 6+ years hands-on experience within production finance
  • You are familiar with concepts such as standard costs, variances, CAPEX, OPEX and production accounting
  • You have critical sense, an analytical mindset and strong focus on quality
  • You are confident, enthusiastic and proactive, and you are comfortable in an environment where the business expects to get valuable and business-oriented finance support
  • You combine your mature and independent approach with team spirit and a will to succeed as a team
  • You have Lean experience
  • It is a strong advantage that you know your way around in SAP
  • You are fluent in written and oral English
