Financial Planning Specialist

Your new role
In your new role, you will:
- Work closely with the financial planning processes in global finance, driving solution design and rollouts while ensuring that operational system support is established and executed.
- Be responsible for managing and developing the planning models and data structures within our financial systems, ensuring alignment between reporting needs and planning requirements.
- Ensure that best practices for planning system features are integrated within our financial planning processes, enabling predictive planning, driver-based planning, rolling forecasts, and more.
Your future team
The Enterprise Performance Management team is part of the Digital Finance and Enablement team in Group Finance within Corporate Functions. You will join our team of four colleagues who take pride in supporting the organization with reporting and planning solutions.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
We are looking for an experienced financial planning professional with the ability to drive transformation and engage stakeholders globally. To thrive in this role, you bring:
- Extensive experience with Financial Planning and performance management processes, exposure to both more operational processes like budget cycles and high-level modeling of scenarios preferred.
- Solid experience with financial planning / EPM systems, including one or more full-cycle implementations of planning solutions, ideally in SAP BPC/BW-IP or SAC Planning environment.
- Proficient collaboration and stakeholder management skills and experience with system and process change management
- Good experience with financial processes in general, ideally within SAP Finance Solutions
- Cumulatively 4-6+ years of relevant experience.
