Your new role
- You will play a key coordinating role within a global strategic division at the heart of the R&D organization. GRAMDQ consists of the departments: Global Regulatory Affairs, Medical Documentation, and R&D Quality.
- You will support GRAMDQ leadership and the Personal Assistant to the GRAMDQ Senior Vice President in enabling seamless, high‑impact operations. manage complex priorities across administration, financial governance, and stakeholder coordination, giving you broad visibility and influence. within a truly global setting.

This is a fixed-term, 6-month position with the possibility of extension based on business needs .

Global Regulatory Affairs, Medical Documentation and R&D Quality (GRAMDQ) is a part of the R&D Business area, and our office is located in Valby, Denmark. GRAMDQ is a people-centric organisation, focused on cross-functional collaboration and strategic leadership across the value chain. We provide innovative solutions through our expertise, to drive our pipeline and secure life-changing therapies to people, so every person can be their BEST.
The position is based in Valby, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
You bring a proactive, adaptable, and structured approach, communicating clearly, collaborating effectively across cultures and functions, and maintaining calm, solution‑oriented focus in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
You should have:
- Proven experience in administrative, operational, or coordination roles supporting leaders or complex teams.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling calendars, documents, and financial processes.
- Solid organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Comfort working with common digital collaboration tools (e.g., Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Basic financial and budget coordination skills, such as tracking spend, handling invoices, or working with purchase orders (you don’t need to be a finance expert, just confident and accurate with numbers).
