<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">This is an opportunity to lead the strategy execution of Lundbeck’s global launch of an exciting new treatment to change the lives of patients living with migraine. You will lead and coach a global brand team while being responsible for the development and execution of the global brand strategy. You and your team will collaborate closely with affiliates across the globe and a broad range of internal stakeholders. The position is based at our global headquarters in Copenhagen, Valby, and you will be part of a vibrant and diverse community within Global Strategic Marketing. You will report directly to the VP of GSM Neurology and you will be part of the GSM Neurology leadership team.


<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Your job and key responsibilities

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">With a clear focus on the global differentiation- and brand strategy for the product you will drive the creation of compelling communication strategy through globally aligned key messages, communication sequences, and brand programs. You will shape market- and customer insights in a concise and meaningful way to drive strategic business decisions both at HQ and affiliate level. In addition, you will ensure strong commercial input to related R&D projects, e.g. by contributing to the development of target product profiles and claims in collaboration with R&D through the global project teams (GPT). You will be responsible for the daily leadership of two global brand managers supporting your work on creating customer, category- and market insights into the therapeutic area to enable the unit developing a successful strategy product segmentation, vision, and positioning. Moreover, you will establish strong relationships with Managing Directors and Marketing Directors when supporting affiliates in successful execution of the global brand strategy. Traveling is part of the job.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Your qualifications

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">You hold a Master of Science/Business (or equivalent) and have at least 10 years’ experience from the pharmaceutical industry at both affiliate and HQ level. You have expert level knowledge in all aspects of marketing, acquired through education and many years “on the job training”. You have proven leadership skills (preferably from prior people management or from leading larger projects within the field) and the ability to drive projects through effective collaboration with a cross functional team, affiliates, and agencies. You have excellent communication skills and you are a strong analytical capacity. Ideally you have international work experience.
