You will join the Global Customer Engagement (GCE) team based in Valby, Copenhagen. The GCE team is part of the Global Strategic marketing team and is one of the key drivers in transforming Lundbeck to meet new customer requirements and are deeply committed to serve our global brands and affiliates across the globe on this journey.

 

As the Global CRM Manager, and in strong partnership with the global cross-functional teams, you will work to ensure that the CRM system evolves according to Lundbeck’s digital transformation ambitions and becomes a key pillar of the Omnichannel platform (OC).

The global CRM manager will take responsibility to transform the current operating model and configurations for 60+ countries with new ways of working and the OC platform in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the Veeva CRM platform is aligned with current and strategic business needs across Lundbeck and own the structure, strategy and direction of CRM within the OC platform ecosystem
  • Act as the CRM product owner in newly established agile / SCRUM team in close collaboration with IT  
  • Evolve and harmonize CRM to become a key component of the global OC platform, ensuring scalability and adoption in markets
  • Ensure evolution of operating model, to serve 60+ markets in an efficient and effective way & in-line with the OC platform
  • Complete CRM roll outs in 2022 and 2023
  • Manage & prioritize CRM backlog in synchronization with the OC backlog and ensure synchronized roadmap & release planning
  • Write epics and user stories and ensure various client needs are anticipated and met
  • Align with GCE Customer Strategy and Customer Interaction teams to ensure global business process excellence is standardized in CRM management  
  • Advocate CRM innovations and new platform features to be incorporated into GCE Customer Strategy and Customer Interactions
  • Support the GCE Customer Interaction team in the roll out of E2E OC journeys across marketing, medical and sales organization
  • Collaborate with OC platform teams to ensure business requirements are implemented E2E
  • Support BI and advanced analytics teams’ requirements and ensure they are met by the CRM platform
  • Supports commercial training strategy and programs for CRM related trainings (T2T)

 

 

Profile

 

  • Degree in business informatics, computer science or business administration with a focus on digital transformation
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ work experience in a technical/functional role during multiple (global) Veeva CRM implementations (with Salesforce as a key enabling eco-system)
  • 3+ years of product owner experience with agile / SCRUM
  • A good knowledge of CRM processes and trends in pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing Processes such as MCCP, in-field OC Marketing campaigns
  • Experience with SF technology stack and SFMC integrations
  • Experienced in the complete Veeva suite and its roll out, e.g. Remote Engage and Approved Emails
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, to motivate peers and superiors, to solve problems, to build alignment, to drive conflict resolutions and to impact decision-making
  • Strategic business acumen, focus on results, passion for keeping up with digital and technology trends
  • Team player, hardworking and with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Hands-on and pragmatic attitude to make ideas come to live in concrete E2E OC solutions
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience with JIRA
