Shape the Future of Global Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute Lundbeck’s global employer branding strategy, strengthening our position as an employer of choice across HQ and affiliates.
  • Own and activate our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to deliver consistent and compelling employer brand positioning across channels and geographies.
  • Enhance hiring outcomes, build a strong employer reputation, and improve candidate engagement—all while operating independently within a defined strategic direction.

In your new role, you will be reponsible for the following:

  • Own and execute Lundbeck’s employer branding strategy, aligning with business priorities and driving impactful initiatives to strengthen our employer brand worldwide. Act as Lundbeck’s subject-matter expert and advisor on employer branding best practices.
  • Develop and implement a compelling Employer Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring consistent messaging globally while enabling local adaptation through affiliate partnerships.
  • Create channel strategies, develop recruitment marketing initiatives, and produce impactful and engaging employer branding content in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Corporate Communications. Define and develop a realistic and impactful channel strategy to attract relevant and critical target groups, based on business need.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor rankings and campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to refine hiring speed, quality, and candidate engagement. Monitor employer rankings, campaign performance, and measurable effects on recruitment metrics/operations by providing structured reporting and data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives at HQ, including career fairs and recruitment events, while managing the Lundbeck Ambassador Program to enhance employee advocacy.
  • Work closely with recruiters, local P&C teams, and external vendors to embed branding strategies into recruitment operations and ensure delivery excellence.

Key Competencies

  • Ability to influence, build alignment and secure buy-in across a global matrix organization without formal authority.
  • Strategic ownership with strong execution capability and desire. Hands-on, delivery-oriented mindset.
  • Clear and confident communicator, including experience presenting to senior leadership and international audiences.
  • Structured, proactive, and self-driven. Demonstrated adaptability and ability to operate under time pressure and shifting priorities when necessary.
  • High learning agility and curiosity to learn about business needs and recruitment challenges.
  • Highly collaborative within and across teams.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years with primary responsibility for employer branding in a global organization.
  • Prior hands-on experience in recruitment (expected minimum 2–3 years), providing a solid understanding of end-to-end hiring processes, recruitment metrics, candidate experience, and recruiter operations. Experience limited to recruitment delivery without employer branding ownership will not be considered sufficient.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the development and implementation of an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across multiple geographies and cultural contexts.
  • Proven experience operating in a global matrix environment and influencing stakeholders across functions and levels without formal authority.
  • Experience working with digital employer branding channels and campaign execution. Advanced technical expertise and implementation (e.g., SEO or A/B testing) is not required; however, the person must have practical exposure and be able to effectively brief and manage external vendors.
  • Demonstrated experience defining KPIs to measure the impact and ROI of employer branding initiatives (e.g., hiring speed, quality, engagement, brand metrics), with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to independently drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution and performance tracking.
  • Fluency in English.
