As a Global Evidence and Outcomes (GEO) Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our mission by designing and executing evidence generation studies to optimize product positioning and secure access. 

 

Your new role

 

As GEO Analytics Senior Specialist, you are responsible for real-world database analytics, randomized clinical trials post hoc analyses, psychometric analyses. The objectives of those analyses are to meet the business evidence strategy needs across Lundbeck’s portfolio and across functions. For each project, there will be a combination of independent work coordination with a project sponsor (e.g. an IEP Lead). The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams that can include Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Safety, Marketing or Clinical Development.

 

Your future team

 

The Global Evidence and Outcomes team (GEO Analytics) is part of the Global Evidence and Outcomes (GEO) organization. The GEO Analytics team is composed of individuals who are action-oriented, curious and analytical, striving to analyze data to identify new insights.

 

The GEO organization at Lundbeck consists of highly skilled experts in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Real-World Evidence (RWE), and Patient Center Outcomes (PCO). We work collaboratively with various global and US functions, including Medical Affairs, Global Value and Patient Access, Marketing, Regulatory, Clinical Development, and Patient Safety.

 

The position is based in Valby, Denmark.

 

What you bring to the team

 

  • Master’s or PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Health Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience analyzing RWD, clinical trial data and PCO within consulting or pharma/biotech
  • Extensive working with healthcare databases (claims, EHR, registry). In particular, the ability to clean and manipulate databases (filtering, merging, grouping, summarizing data)
  • Psychometric analyses knowledge for Clinical Outcome Assessment validation
  • Knowledge of real-world data regulatory and payer guidance (FDA, EMA, JCA)
  • Strong understanding of observational study design, causal inference, and advanced statistical methods for indirect treatment comparisons
  • Prior scientific publication in peer-reviewed journals
  • Collaborative, curious, and creative mind with an ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate analyses into insights
  • Solid quantitative and programming skills (SAS, R, Python or similar).
