Global HR Process Consultant

Do you have a passion for optimizing HR processes to enable seamless global operations? And are you looking for an opportunity to grow in a global organization and use your expertise to shape and improve how we work with HR processes? Then you could be our next Global HR Process Consultant, driving global alignment, simplification, and efficiency across our processes.

Your new role

You will contribute to developing and improving Lundbeck’s HR processes to ensure that our operations run smoothly and provide engaging employee experience. You will take part in mapping and optimizing HR processes, identifying opportunities for simplification, and supporting the implementation of improvements.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues based in Denmark, our global People & Culture community, and our shared services center in Cracow, Poland.

Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Participate in the implementation of a global document management system for employment documents - to improve document flows and compliance.
  • Explore and assess self-service opportunities in ServiceNow and how they connect with SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure HR operations run efficiently by collaborating closely with our shared services center and supporting the processes carried out in the shared services center.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the employee journey and improve the global employee experience.
  • In collaboration with our Digital Team, support improvements in time registration processes, including working time registration in line with EU Working Time Directive requirements.

Your future team

You will become part of our Payroll & Operations team in the People & Culture organization and join 50+ P&C colleagues at our headquarters in Copenhagen. In P&C, we partner with the business to create meaningful impact. Our size allows us to work in specialist teams without ending up in silos, as we make it a priority to work cross-functionally.

We approach our work with an agile mindset and prioritize both regular knowledge sharing and social activities to build a positive and informal culture. For example, you can look forward to our regular Friday breakfast and our brain break corner, where we catch up with one another over a jigsaw puzzle. We are very enthusiastic about what we do, and we focus on well-being for the individual along the way.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and has a global scope.

What you bring to the team

You are a curious and structured problem solver who enjoys improving how things work. You can turn complex HR processes into simple and effective solutions that create value for employees and the organization alike.

You bring:

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Preferably some experience within HR operations, process optimization, or consulting.
  • A good understanding of HR systems and process automation tools, ideally including ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and cultures.

You thrive in a collaborative environment where curiosity, improvement, and teamwork are valued.

Our promise to you

Lundbeck offers an inspiring workplace and innovative culture, where our curiosity, accountability and adaptability enable us to transform lives.
