Global Rewards Process Lead Specialist

 

Are you our new Global Rewards Process Lead Specialist that will strengthen how we design, govern and deliver reward solutions to employees worldwide.

Your new role

 

As Global Rewards Process Lead Specialist, you will be the driving force behind the process backbone of our global reward framework. You will bring structure, clarity and continuous improvement to our reward processes and cycles. Your key responsibilities include:

 

Leading global reward processes across all cycles

Design, maintain and improve global frameworks for:

  • Base salary review.
  • Short-term incentives.
  • Long-term incentives.
  • Global benefits data and reporting.
  • Ensure governance, documentation and process alignment across affiliates.
  • Own the Pay Transparency and Equity Methodology together with our colleagues in the Analytics team to support global readiness for regulatory requirements (e.g., pay transparency) and Lundbeck’s Reward Promise.

 

Driving continuous improvement

  • Lead and support cross-functional reward improvement projects.
  • Develop data tools, dashboards and visualizations that strengthen decision-making.
  • Standardize and simplify processes to ensure consistency across markets.

 

Your future team

 

Global Rewards, Mobility & P&C Analytics is part of People & Culture in Lundbeck – you will work closely with our team of 9 colleagues in the areas of Reward, Mobility & Analytics including the team in our Group Business Services (Krakow) to deliver on the Lundbeck Rewards Promise.

 

The position is based in Valby, Denmark.

 

What you bring to the team

 

You are passionate about reward excellence and motivated by enabling strong employee experiences through well-designed rewards advisory, systems and processes.

 

You bring:

  • 8+ years of experience within HR, hereof 5+ years of experience within Global Rewards, C&B or Total Rewards.
  • Experience working with HRIS compensation modules or reward technology.
  • Knowledge and experience in making job evaluations using Mercer’s IPE methodology.
  • Knowledge of salary review processes, STI, LTI and benefits frameworks.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and digital tools.
  • A structured, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity about new technologies, including automation and AI.
