As our new talented IT Graduate, you will join Lundbeck on our growth journey motivated by our commitment to improving the quality of life for people living with brain diseases. You will become part of Corporate IT - a dynamic organization with some 75 colleagues around the world. We deliver digital solutions and secure, efficient operations to more than 5500 colleagues across all business areas and geographies. We base our results on collaboration, commitment, and curiosity. The position as IT Graduate is based in Valby with the possibility to rotate to other locations in our Global organization.


Your job and the journey
During the program, you will participate in a wide range of development activities on your own as well as with other graduates - everything designed to guide you through the programme, making sure you are on track and able to unfold your potential. As IT Graduate, you will gain a holistic perspective on IT and business value creation while developing your core skills within areas such as project management, solution architecture and vendor management as well as your analytical, logical and creative reasoning. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders across the organization and engage in various projects supporting our different business units. 


The graduate program will be tailored to fit your personal and professional ambitions, however, possible rotations could be within:


  • IT project management
  • Cyber security
  • Digital platforms/technologies (Azure/AWS)
  • IT Management for a strategic perspective
  • Another relevant business area and/or in one of our affiliates globally


By rotating into different roles, responsibilities and IT departments, you will take an active part in co-creating your career path and future role in Lundbeck.



We welcome ideas and drive regardless of educational background. However, a relevant Master’s degree and a maximum of one year of post-academic work are required.


Our preferred graduate has the following qualifications:
