Global Customer Engagement in Lundbeck


Global Customer Engagement is responsible for omnichannel communication towards customers within Lundbeck’s Global Marketing team. We combine traditional channels like Congresses/events and Sales Representative with digital channels like web, apps, SoMe, webcasts, email communication and new technologies. We are also responsible to measure initiatives and campaigns through a strong layer of analytics. Our team is very multicultural and multinational with 10 different nationalities among 13 people.


The position is located at Lundbeck headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen.


Your job and the journey

You will work together with industry experts in multichannel marketing and communications, partnering with the global functions like brand teams, Medical Affairs, Corporate IT, Corporate Communication and Compliance to ensure the development of multichannel customer engagement strategies and solutions for Lundbeck brands and products, from pre-launch phase throughout the life cycle of the product.

Rotation among brand teams in HQ and marketing teams in affiliates/markets for some months will be part of the assignment as well.


Specifically, you will contribute in shaping and building the Customer Insights and Advanced analytics capabilities in the commercial organization, translating data and KPIs of omnichannel campaigns into relevant business results while identifying opportunities to better reach and engage Lundbeck´s stakeholders. You will also support the global delivery of omnichannel capabilities among our markets across the globe (travelling abroad will be part of the overall program).


During the program you will participate in a wide range of development activities on your own as well as with other graduates - everything designed to guide you through the program, making sure you are on track and able to unfold your potential.



We are looking for a person who has the intention to develop his/her career in omnichannel marketing with a passion for Data and Analytics. You have to demonstrate big curiosity about how Data of marketing campaigns can be turned into the powerful insights to improve customer engagement and to maximize value for our products. Also, your ability to grow in project management skills and in delivering complex projects in extensive organization will be carefully evaluated, together with you attitude to work proactively in a diverse multicultural environment


Our preferred graduate has the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree and/or a Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Physics or Engineering with a maximum of one-year post-academic work experience
  • Knowledge in advanced analytics techniques and application
  • Experience in utilizing a wide range of insights and analytics to improve performance of marketing campaigns
  • Data driven mindset
  • Above average academic achievements and excellent English language skills
  • You have ambitions and push yourself to achieve results
  • You are eager to learn, contribute and apply knowledge
  • You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • You actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels
  • You adapt your approach and demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
