Global Customer Engagement in Lundbeck

The Global Customer Engagement team is responsible for multichannel communication towards customers within Lundbeck’s Global Marketing team. We combine traditional channels like Congresses/events and Sales Representative with digital channels like web, apps, SoMe, webcasts, email communication and new technologies. We are also responsible for measuring initiatives and campaigns through a strong layer of analytics. Our team is very multicultural and multinational with 10 different nationalities among 11 people.


The position is located at Lundbeck Headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen.


Your job and the journey

You will work together with industry experts in multichannel marketing and communications, partnering with the global functions like brand teams, Medical Affairs, Corporate IT, Corporate Communication and Compliance to ensure the development of multichannel customer engagement strategies and solutions for Lundbeck brands and products, from pre-launch phase throughout the life cycle of the product.


Rotations among our brand teams in Headquarters and marketing teams in affiliates/markets for some months will be part of the graduate journey as well.


You will contribute in tracking and understanding current and future digital trends, translating these trends into business needs and value-driving strategies. You will also support the global delivery of multichannel initiatives among our markets across the globe (travelling abroad will be part of the overall program).


During the programme you will participate in a wide range of development activities on your own as well as with other graduates – everything designed to guide you through the programme, making sure you are on track and able to unfold your potential.



We are looking for a graduate who has the intention to develop his/her career in digital marketing and communication with a passion for customer engagement strategy.


Our preferred graduate has the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree and/or a Ph.d. in Economic, Engineering or Communication with a maximum of one year post-academic work experience
  • You are curious about how new technologies can be integrated into the pharmaceutical value chain
  • You are interested in developing your project management skills and deliver results into a complex matrix organization
  • You have above average academic achievements and excellent English language skills
  • You are ambitious and push yourself to achieve results
  • You are eager to learn, contribute and apply knowledge
  • You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • You actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels
  • You adapt your approach and demeanour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations

Recruitment process

The recruitment process will have an additional screening process between the submission of your application and the 1st round of interviews. Once all applications have been received we will process them and you may be invited to submit a 1-minute video presentation. Based on the videos, we will invite 5-6 applicants for the 1st round of interviews.
