Are you looking for the next step to kick-start your transition from being a student to becoming a young professional within quality assurance and digital health? Then we have the Graduate Programme for you.

As part of your two-year graduate journey at Lundbeck you will be exposed to various parts of the business and encounter many exciting challenges across the company. The learning curve will be steep and we expect a lot from you, but in return we offer a programme that will empower you to grow both on a professional and personal level.

MRC QA in Lundbeck

MRC QA is a global Division consisting of 11 colleagues based in Copenhagen, Deerfield and Singapore. We are responsible for assuring the quality of Lundbeck’s clinical trial programmes, patient safety related activities, promotional materials, and the supporting computerized systems and technologies, through our audit conduct and collaboration with the different areas within Lundbeck.

We are a small, but very energetic and highly engaged team, eager to welcome the right graduate candidate to join us for an amazing journey.

Your job and the journey

As a graduate in MRC QA you will start by learning the audit processes, the legislative framework in which we operate and what’s important in assuring our licence to operate as a company. You will be responsible for leading a project looking into the quality perspectives of the implementation of Digital Health, robotics and other innovative technology platforms in Research & Development. You would be expected to deliver a Digital QA Strategy, linked to the overall company Digital strategy.

You will have the opportunity to work on two short-term assignments in Regulatory Affairs and Biometrics, as well as interacting with colleagues from the other Lundbeck quality units, in manufacturing and pre-clinical. The assignments will help you further understand the pharmaceutical digital environment and its practical application within Lundbeck.

Some travel will be involved, up to 20% of your time.

During the programme you will participate in a wide range of development activities on your own as well as with other graduates - everything designed to guide you through the programme, making sure you are on track and able to unfold your potential.
