Your new role
As Head of Enterprise Operations, you will lead and continuously develop the operational foundation of Lundbeck’s global digital environment. You will manage a team of skilled professionals, collaborating closely with vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders, and ensuring our systems operates seamlessly and securely.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and evolving enterprise operations to ensure reliable, scalable, and business-aligned services
- Driving a cohesive vendor and sourcing strategy, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and strong partnerships
- Maturing operational processes and service management capabilities, anchored in ITIL best practices
- Overseeing critical infrastructure and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment, execution, and stakeholder commitment
- Advancing automation and modernization efforts to improve efficiency, quality, and operational resilience
- Establishing clear governance, ownership, and transparency around operational performance, risks, and service health
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, translating operational priorities into business impact and informed decisions
Your future team
As a member of Enterprise Digital Enablement (EDE), you will join a dynamic and diverse organization of 140 global colleagues. We provide a wide range of digital services and ensure secure, efficient operations for over 5,600 colleagues across all business units and geographies.
You will report to the Head of Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure and be part of the leadership team. As a member of this team, you will contribute to the broader digital transformation agenda, ensuring that enterprise operations are embedded in how we design, implement, and run solutions across the company.
You will lead a team of skilled operations professionals across Security Operations, Infrastructure, and Service Management.
The position is based at Lundbeck’s headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen.
What you bring to the team

You are able to create followership and ensure that enterprise operations are understood, respected, and integrated into everyday decision-making.
We imagine that you:
- Bring leadership experience with operations within a global, complex, and business-critical environment.
- Have strategic oversight in outsourced and multi-vendor operations, including shaping vendor strategy, managing performance, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Bring expertise in Service Management, with ITIL certification preferred, and a proven ability to mature ITIL-based processes.
- Bring a structured, service-oriented mindset paired with excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Can establish credibility and influence at senior leadership level, comfortable challenging and influencing stakeholders when needed.
- Take a pragmatic, structured, and risk-based approach – with strong follow-through, consistently delivering on commitments and seeing initiatives through to completion.
- Hold a relevant degree and have extensive experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles.

Annual base salary range: 910 000 – 1 251 800 DKK gross.
At Lundbeck, we are committed to fair and transparent pay. Please note that the final base salary within the stated range will be based on relevant qualifications, skills, competencies, and level of proficiency as well as internal pay equity.
