Your new role
As our Head of Ethics & Compliance Office, you will support the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO) in enhancing the Global Compliance Program, preparing compliance updates for the Executive Management and the Board, and developing the Global Compliance organization. You will manage the Ethics & Compliance Office team, oversee multiple compliance processes including transparency reporting, advise on healthcare compliance matters, establish frameworks including governing policies and procedures, and ensure successful companywide program implementation and training. This role is critical in maintaining ethical standards, a culture of integrity and robust compliance processes within Lundbeck.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
What you bring to the team
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in ethics & compliance roles within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.

In-depth understanding of global compliance requirements generally (e.g. FCPA, UK Bribery Act, etc.) and specific to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. IFPMA and EFPIA Codes of Practice, Anti-Kickback Statute, US Sunshine Act, etc.)

Experience with developing and implementing Compliance Programs in a pharma setting.

High proficiency in translating corporate strategies into operational efficiency.

Preferred experience with monitoring, auditing, and/or investigations in international setting.

Ability to engage well and communicate with Senior and Executive Management levels.

Effective communication skills and ability to lead highly specialized professionals.
