We are looking for a skilled team leader to head up our growing TA department and we need you  to make sure that we are getting the right people on board but also how we do so in the most effective and innovative way!

The TA team is part of the People & Organization department and placed at our Headquarter in Copenhagen. The TA team consists of 6 passionate TA professionals who are dedicated to hire the right people for our business. We have a close collaboration with our Shared Service Center in Krakow, Poland, where parts of the team are located.

Your key responsibilities:

In this role, you need to operate on both a tactical and strategic level. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute on the global TA strategy, including further developing our in-house search function
  • Driving exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process and ensuring a coherent global employer brand
  • Optimizing the operational efficiency including close collaboration with Shared Service Center
  • Conduct recruitments
  • Evaluate and improve Data & Analytics set up to support a proactive approach to process, channels, search, systems, tools & resources
  • Incorporate Diversity &Inclusion in the recruitment process & Employer branding activities


Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:

  • Leadership experience and set pride in being a good leader and ensuring a trustful and motivating environment
  • Agile mindset with the ability to manage multiple topics and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with collaborating with Shared Service Centers
  • Solid experience in using data analysis for decision making
  • Strong communication skills with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy to accomplish objectives
  • Experience of partnering with the business and building strong relationships
  • A relevant academic/Master’s degree and fluency in oral and written English
