Your new role
As an IT License Specialist, you’ll be part of an exciting and ever-changing world of IT software agreements. You’ll be motivated to specialize further within Software Asset Management and continuously optimize the way we use our contracts to secure full value during the contract term.
Using your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you’ll take on your own portfolio of IT software agreements, which you’ll be responsible for handling during the full contract life cycle. You’ll be responsible for cost management following corporate processes, and handling compliance reporting and vendor audits. Your ability to identify opportunities for process optimization and ensure compliance will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals.
By applying your legal understanding, you will provide guidance and interpretation of the terms and conditions in the agreement securing correct usage.

Our team is responsible for executing our vision to carry out Global License Management. This includes implementation of processes, and tooling to support our area. You will be a part of the implementation securing the department will develop and evolve over the years to come.
The IT Contract & License Management team is part of Global IT, a global organization with about 120 colleagues in Denmark, the US, and Poland. We deliver digital solutions and secure efficient operations to more than 5500 colleagues across all business areas and geographies.
