Your new role
As our new Lead Specialist, Global Talent Management, you will be responsible for designing and executing talent management solutions that support Lundbeck’s business and organizational goals.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the enterprise talent review and succession planning processes.
- the continuing development of global performance management tools, processes and communication strategies.
- the implementation of assessment strategies for selection, development, and high potential identification across key talent pools, ensuring a robust pipeline of diverse, global leaders for Lundbeck's future success.
In your role, you will lead change management initiatives related to talent management. You will be a relationship-builder, who collaborates and influences by leveraging relationships to build alignment and buy-in from key business and People & Culture (P&C) stakeholders at all levels.
Your future team
You will report directly to the VP, Global Talent and be part of the Global Talent Management Leadership team of four. The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
You will join a global People & Culture (P&C) community focused on making a difference to patients through people. You will work in close collaboration with the other Talent Management team members, based in the U.S.A. and Denmark, who deliver Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Professional and Digital Learning, Employer Branding, Workforce Planning, Succession and Assessment. In addition, you will work closely with colleagues from Business Partnering and other HR CoEs, such as Organizational Development and Change Management, Global Rewards & Analytics, and HR Technology.
What you bring to the team
You are an experienced talent management professional who brings the following with you:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent management solutions, specifically related to assessment, performance management, and/or talent reviews and succession in a global, matrix organization.
- Analytical ability to develop and deliver talent strategies informed by data to enhance business impact.
- Demonstrated experience prioritizing and delivering on multiple projects, balancing stakeholder needs as necessary.
- Master’s degree or higher preferred in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related area of focus.
- Fluency in English.
You take individual responsibility for your deliveries and, at the same time, you share knowledge and work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve shared goals.
