Your new role

 

As Manager for Packaging Change Management and Master Data (PCM & MD), you will lead two essential teams within the packaging compliance area ensuring high standards in compliance, master data, quality, and operational efficiency across Lundbeck’s global supply chain. You will be responsible for the daily management and delivery of services from both the Master Data and the Packaging Change Management team, ensuring timely and high-quality support to the organization.

You will have the opportunity to drive process improvements, foster a culture of operational excellence, and ensure adherence to cGMP and our company standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners to streamline workflows, optimize resource allocation, and maintain strong compliance with regulatory requirements. This role offers a unique blend of people leadership, process optimization, and strategic influence in a dynamic, purpose-driven company.

 

Your future team

 

You will join the Packaging Compliance & Master Data (PC&MD) department, which consists of 23 colleagues. As manager for PCM & MD you will lead 9 skilled employees dedicated to delivering excellence and ensuring compliance in the creation of packaging materials and master data for production.

PC&MD is a part of Lundbeck’s global Supply Chain organization within our Product Development & Supply Division and we are based in Lundbeck’s headquarters in Valby. You will become a part of the leadership team of PC&MD and the extended leadership team of Supply Chain.

We imagine that you have:

 

  • Proven leadership experience, ideally in a regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing setting
  • Preferably knowledge of cGMP, quality systems, and operational excellence principles
  • Preferably knowledge within ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
  • A passion for driving improvements and supporting team development
